To NoFollow or To NoIndex - That is the Question
[Sphinn / Hot Today] SNIP - There needs to be a massive amount of inbound links to a site for it to become one of the seo black holes. A working example of such a site is Wikipedia, who NoFollowed links and has had content pages steadily at the top of SERPs ever since.

Spam Karma Released Under GPL
[Zero to One-Eighty] Dave discontinues development of his anti-spam WordPress plugin and licenses the source under the GPL. I’ve been using Spam Karma, and Michael Hampton’s Bad Behavior, on this site for around two years to great effect.

My experiences with Defensio - Decision made
[Blogging about stuff] The conclusion is that i am totally convinced of Defensio doing a great job filtering spam, and therefore i will keep all the installations of the plugin i made running and let Akismet rest in peace. I just love Defensio for being that efficient, having a very well structured user-interface which helps you identifying spam and false negatives/positives plus it has got a few more excellent features, such as the statistic section on the Defensio Homepage as shown in the screenshot

Spam Karma
[Monkling's Blog] I’ve been using something called Akismet which has caught pretty much all of my spam before it even hits the page but I added something else called Spam Karma which I’m hoping will completely block certain IPs. I’m trying this new thing .
