Targeting Spam > Akismet, Spam Karma 2, Captcha, etc which works best for you?

http://tipvista.com [ (Journal of Useful Tips)] Currently I use Spam Karma 2 from Dr Dave, and it works well for me, but I’m still curious about your experience in using other anti-spam solution for your blog.
