[JP Fitness Forums - Personal Training] Recently however, I have been getting an inordinate amount of junk sent to me and the evil spammer has somehow figured out how to make it look like it was sent by me to myself, so if I label it as junk it will block email from my me. For example, my site software automatically updates me when someone joins, sends a private message, etc...
