[Ask Dave Taylor!] I know because when I logged in to MySpace a few days ago and went through my friend requests, there were a couple that were clearly spammers, with porn pics as their profiles and idiotic account names like "best beach diet plan" and such. Bah, the bane of online existence.

I've gotten so many "friend" requests there for such stuff that I've stopped bothering to flag them as SPAM, and just delete the requests.
