Sadly, for some service providers the company motto seems to be ”˜a buck is buck’ and they really do not care if grabbing the cash means you get more spam.

[Blogs.windowsecurity.com] Don Parker Blog » Blog Archive » I hate spammers: Two blog posts that I made on spam were in turned visited by a company spamming their own s/w products on it. The really pathetic part is this company was hawking their own anti-spam solution.

Diveintomark.orghttp://diveintomark.org [Diveintomark.org] Weblog spam [dive into mark]: This is old hat to anyone who’s been involved in anti-spam efforts in other domains (Usenet and email spring to mind), but just like everything else, the weblogging community seems intent on (a) thinking they’re special and unique and nobody has ever had their problems before, and proceeding to (b) ignore all the work that has come before and reinventing the wheel.
